Game World — Privacy Policy

Game World is a collection of friendly board games for children (Snakes & Ladders, Three Stones, Ultimate Tic-Tac-Toe, and Memory Match). We care about kids' privacy and built the app to collect as little as possible. This policy explains what we do and don't collect.

What we do NOT collect

• No real names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses.
• No location data.
• No advertising and no third-party ad networks.
• No behavioral tracking or profiling across apps or websites.
• No photos, contacts, microphone, or camera access.

What we collect, and why

• Anonymous sign-in ID. To let devices play together online, each device signs in anonymously to Firebase (Google). This is a random identifier — it is not linked to a real-world identity and we cannot use it to contact you.
• In-game room data (only when playing online). When a player creates or joins an online room, we temporarily store the chosen display nickname, the chosen emoji avatar, and the game state (whose turn it is, the board) so the other device can see the moves. This is gameplay data, not personal information, and rooms are short-lived.

If you only play in pass-and-play (offline) mode, no data leaves the device.

How data is stored

Online game rooms are stored using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication). Google processes this data on our behalf; see Google's privacy information at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

Children's privacy

Game World is intended for children and families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. There are no ads, no in-app purchases, and no links out to social media or the open web inside gameplay.

Data deletion

Online rooms are temporary and are removed automatically (within 90 days at the latest, usually much sooner). To request deletion of any data associated with your device, see our Data Deletion page or email us at the address below and we will remove it.
